At Pineapple Leather Company, every item is handcrafted to order with care and attention to detail. Because of this, we kindly ask for your patience as we create something truly special for you.


Production Time

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your order to be crafted before it ships. Each piece is handmade in our Washington workshop during evenings and weekends. Custom orders or personalized pieces may require additional time depending on complexity.


Shipping Details

We ship all orders via USPS (Priority Mail or First-Class) with tracking. You’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order is on the way.

We currently only ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order, please contact us directly at info@pineappleleathercompany.com.


Estimated Delivery Times (after shipping):

  • West Coast: 1–3 business days

  • Central & East Coast: 3–5 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on USPS operations, holidays, or weather delays.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Pineapple Leather Company is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit, but we’re happy to assist in filing a claim and working with the carrier to resolve the issue. Just email us at info@pineappleleathercompany.com with your order number and any supporting details.
